REFUND POLICY

If you are not totally satisfied with your Noopii® products

We hope that you love your Noopii® products as much as we do. However, if you are not happy for any reason please get in touch with us and we will assist you. Please do not return your nappies to any of our warehouses without contacting us. 

When ordering cartons please choose your nappy size carefully as we are unable to refund or swap individual packs of nappies from a carton.

If your Noopii® products are damaged or faulty in any way, we will either send you a replacement or arrange for a full refund.
